I AM NATURE is a 6 day embodiment retreat held on the lush land of the Brave Earth regenerative farm and healing arts center in northern Costa Rica. This experience has been crafted to cultivate both the elements of relaxation, ease, softening, and surrender, as well as expansion, growth, transformation and alchemy.

Each day of the retreat will include embodiment and Nature connection experiences led by Teagan Rose, and workshops focusing on plant medicines and bio-dynamic gardening led by Sara Hartley. There will also be plenty of opportunities for relaxation, integration and absorption of the magic that is cultivated. Our intention is to provide the space and opportunity for each participant to explore what "I am nature" means to them uniquely and personally.

We believe ‘embodiment’ is not solely about coming home to the physical body, but is also about deepening a relationship with the spiritual body, emotional body, mind body, and our shared Earth body. It is through our recognition of the interconnectedness of each of these bodies that we grow in our capacity to create harmony—on an individual level, and then on a relational, communal and global level.

Every element of this retreat, from the facilitators, to the food, to the accommodations and the land it takes part on, has been heartfully considered to support the natural unfolding and blossoming of each participant into themselves.

Health & safety

With whole-hearted consideration for the health and safety of each and every person during the Covid-19 pandemic, at this time we will require each retreat participant to show us their confirmed negative Covid-19 test upon their arrival at Brave Earth. At this time airlines require a negative test within 72 hours of flying to Costa Rica. We will happily issue a full refund for your retreat if you end up contracting Covid-19 and need to stay home for your health. Luckily, most airlines are also offering full refunds and exchanges in case of any need to change plans on short notice. Be sure to confirm the policies of your choice of airline for yourself before you book your flight. We are committed to creating a safe container for all those involved. Please honor your own belief systems and align your choices with what you know is best for you as you engage in this retreat with us.
