"Somatic" comes from the Greek word "soma," meaning "body."
It can be easy to forget that the first and longest relationship you will experience is the one you have with yourself. Somatic healing is a way to learn the language of your body, thereby developing a relationship with yourself that is more deeply connected, aligned, understanding and fulfilling.
Somatic healing also helps you to identify the patterns held within your body that may be causing challenge and dis-ease in your life.
