When you invite movement in an area of the body that has historically been restricted (while within a safe container and with deep presence with the body), it opens the body's ability to express itself with more fullness, emotionality, and liberation.
In addition, that opening of movement lets your brain know that it's safe to explore new options, possibilities, points of view, and that it doesn't need to hold onto the past.
WHAT DOES THIS PROCESS LOOK LIKE?
- We have a free 25 minute phone consultation to discuss your needs and desires
- We schedule a time for a one hour session (either in person or on Zoom)
- During the one hour session, you will experience your body "unwinding" some of the movement patterns that are currently creating blockages, discomfort, or dis-ease in your life
- There is no one-size-fits-all for what I will guide during these sessions, as it is all determined by what is happening within your body, and how we can work together to create the most effective healing environment for your needs
- If embodied movement feels like it is a practice that resonates with you, we then continue by agreeing on a series of sessions together to create a container for your healing, progress, and journey
