Sunday, January 17th at 5:30pm - 7:30pm PST on Zoom A workshop to release shame from raw and authentic vocal expressions of the sexual center, and to reconnect the channel of creativity to the channel of communication. "The Sexual Center" is your sacral chakra, your pelvis, your reproductive space, and the space of creation. This center has been demonized, shamed, abused and attacked in many ways and forms throughout history. Why? Because it's powerful. An easy way to keep people under control is to keep them feeling small. An easy way to keep people feeling small is to keep them thinking that their sexuality should be kept private and secret. An easy way to keep sexuality private and secret is to create societal structures that encourage a disconnect between the voice and sexual expression. Because if you can't hear it, it must not be there, right? In this workshop I will guide you through various techniques and tools to support you in your freedom of expression. We will explore, play, and have a dialogue around what you discover. This workshop is not all about sex. This workshop is all about reconnecting your voice to the parts of you that have been told that they should be afraid to speak. By allowing these parts to speak, not only will you empower them, you will empower every other part of yourself that is yearning for freedom. This will be a donation based workshop!
