For the past year, we have gathered monthly as a community of women to dance, express, and embody the nature within us; weaving a rich tapestry of collective wisdom that serves as a healing space to return to again and again.
Now, we are thrilled to invite you to our very first Wisdom Weavers retreat! This weekend's experience will be an extension and expansion of our monthly ritual movement offerings, featuring additional practices designed to deeply nourish our bodies from the inside out:
- guided ritual movement
- co-created song journey
- ritual theater playshop
- somatic self-touch and fascial release workshop
- private access to cold springs
- sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge on the land
- nude-friendly spaces
